We make custom moulds as per our customers’ specific demands,You just give us a rough idea about your target product, such as the dimensional specifications, we can help you finish it by offering you first the 3D component model, after your approval, then the 3D mould model will be constructed. The whole moulding project will not be put on to production line unless we have got your confirmation. Weekly report will be given throughout the mould project so that you can keep a good track on your order development. Trial samples will be sent after our mould testing, we can make appropriate mold modification as per your requirement until you are satisfied with your product. Mold steels we often use are: NAK80, GS-2738, 718H, S136, S136H, M300, P20, 8407.
